I've been in the health & fitness industries for over 20 years. I've seen a lot. Both with clients and my own personal experience. I've transformed over 50 habits, changed careers and taken risks for my happiness that I've been judged on ~ I don't care. I've tried all the fad diets out there, I've over exercised, I've under exercised, I've drank too much alcohol, I've eaten all the pizza and the whole box of cookies. I've been a workaholic, and have spent WAY too much time beating myself up for not doing and being enough. I solved that - thank god! The cumulation of all of my education and experience has lead me to build a strong, sexy (in my mind) & healthy body, mind & spirit. Now I help women to achieve the same thing by coaching them on how to change their habits, balance their hormones, get active, eat the right foods for their unique bodies and to have fun while doing it. The secret ingredient for my success was fun. Learning how to go through the process of change in the most painless way possible. Because let's face it, change isn't easy. And you can't get there without changing. So we may as well enjoy the journey and have the right support in place to ensure we don't fall off track.
